Relaxed cuts make the item not cling to the body so much
For those more modest, extra inches may be added to length

Each item is manufactured here in the USA (by a woman owned and operated business) when ordered.
Length of time to receive your item(s) depends on other orders being produced before ours.  Please allow yourself enough time.
All sales are final since these are custom made creations. We are not responsible for size issues since the chart by the manufacturer is posted.

SIZING: Offering S,M,L,1x,2x,3x,4x,5x,6x,7x,8x,9x,10x,11x,12x. Check size conversion table as provided by the manufacturer. Do not get stuck in a mental image of what you ‘think’ the size should be or by what you normally order;  instead read the conversation table, and the description. We cannot be held liable for any size discrepancies and since all items are made to order, there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do offer custom fitting on any style for an additional fee . Sizes noted are for lycra fabric that is meant to cling to the body. Take into consideration that lycra is a stretchy form fitting fabric. If you do not like the fabric clinging to you then consider ordering a larger size. Lycra is wonderful since most styles will still fit you a size or two up or down. If you loss weight or gain a little your item will probably still fit. This makes lycra and stretch meshes superior fabrics to use when making a made to order item.  Since vinyl doesn’t give like lycra, be sure to order one or two sizes larger. These made to order items cannot be returned.   
    Think of how the item will fit and make a wise choice of the size. The designer/manufacturer produces high quality items for the female body. Considerations are taken for more material at the bust and/or butt. The tube dress or skirt is not simply two piece of straight fabric sewn together, allow more material in the right spots and fitting the pattern to best amplify the shape of a woman.   
    We have had a professional photographer image our plus size models to show you a variety of styles and/or sizes on the same model. Different styles fit differently. Some styles are more flattering to certain plus size body types. In one style a 3x may fit while in another style and/or fabric it may require a 6x to fit. Review the product descriptions carefully for any notations about how the sizes run in that fabric/style.   
ACCEPTING PAYMENT: Credit Cards & E-Checks are accepted on line. House of Sanctuary, LLC offers confidential and secure shopping on-line with Pay Pal Business Solutions since it is one of the world’s best known and trusted credit card processors.   You place your credit card or banking information through their secured server. They use a secure check-out form to transmit your sensitive data. The check out process works best using Microsoft Internet Explorer browser. You can be confident when you see the yellow pad lock in the lower right hand portion of your browser indicating you are on a secured site.   During shows, events, and vending at conventions, sales are cash only unless you can access a computer to use PayPal.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: All ‘Queen Diva Designs’ are made when ordered by the producer of the design. Most items are completed in a couple weeks but it could take up to eight weeks. Production time is based on volume; for example October is busier due to Halloween – December is busy due to New Year’s Eve. Color, style and size will be sent for production, usually having your item(s) complete in one to three weeks. Remember everything is made to order.   We do offer custom fitting on any style for an additional fee .
USA SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Items are shipped using the United States Postal Service, to the client from St. Louis Missouri . When your item(s) are  received they will be processed the same day but no later than the next business day. Once your order is shipped you will be e-mailed with the shipping and tracking information via PayPal.
CURRENCY: All prices are noted in United States Currency. All purchases made must be paid in US Dollar Currency. 
CONFIDENTIALITY: Your privacy is very important to us. All items sent are in a nondescript package. Additionally, your e-mail or address will never become part of a marketing sales list. We will never sell your e-mail, your mailing address, or name to anyone - ever. Furthermore, we do not sell, trade or exchange our customer data with anyone. We consider the information you provide to us as confidential. We use it only for the purpose of processing your order and serving you as our customer.   
NO RETURNS, CREDITS, or EXCHANGES: All purchases made are done so with the understanding that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are made to order in the specific fabric and size you ordered.

DISCLAIMER: Due to the differences in photography, screen/monitor resolutions, brightness settings, contrast settings, and color settings, the actual color may vary. Exact coloring may also vary due to creating the sample fabric image and dye lots. The positioning of the pattern may vary from image shown. Fabric samples also may indicate a difference in pattern size. The manufacturer will align the pattern as is best suited to the style and as determined by the designer. The name of ‘Queen Diva Designs’ does not indicate ownership of the design/style. ‘Queen Diva Designs’ only selects the fabric/fabric combinations from the manufacturer. Accessories shown such as hosiery, gloves, shoes and jewelry are not included with the item unless noted. Be sure to check the provided size chart for the best possible fit.  The size chart is provided by the manufacture and we are not held liable for any size discrepancies.   We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Fabric availability may change. Prices are subject to change without notice.   We are not responsible for "acts of God', weather, or technology failures that may interrupt us providing prompt delivery of your items. We except no responsibility for parcels sent to an address other than the cardholders address as identified by PayPal. We do not ship to post office boxes except by US Postal mail and including a telephone number. We are not responsible for any usage or experience you have with PayPal™
