To measure properly use a cloth measuring tape to measure the size of the neck/wrist/ankle. Do not pull tight. Do not allow extra room. Additional holes will be placed to allow for comfort. Sizes are noted by actual size of the neck/ankle/wrist, not the finished size of the collar. Read descriptions carefully. Some include rhinestone buckles, &/or charms while some do not Each item is made when ordered - please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery.

Do not get stuck in a mental image of what you ‘think’ the size should be or by what you normally order; instead read the conversation table, and the description. We cannot be held liable for any size discrepancies and since all items are made to order, there are no exchanges, returns, or refunds. We do offer custom fitting on any style for an additional fee of $27.00. Sizes noted are for lycra fabric that is meant to cling to the body. Take into consideration that lycra is a stretchy form fitting fabric. If you do not like the fabric clinging to you then consider ordering a larger size. Lycra is wonderful since most styles will still fit you a size or two up or down. If you loss weight or gain a little your item will probably still fit. This makes lycra and stretch meshes superior fabrics to use when making a made to order item. Since vinyl doesn’t give like lycra, be sure to order one or two sizes larger. These made to order items cannot be returned.
    Think of how the item will fit and make a wise choice of the size. The designer/manufacturer produces high quality items for the female body. Considerations are taken for more material at the bust and/or butt. The tube dress or skirt is not simply two piece of straight fabric sewn together, allow more material in the right spots and fitting the pattern to best amplify the shape of a woman.
    We have had a professional photographer image our plus size models to show you a variety of styles and/or sizes on the same model. Different styles fit differently. Some styles are more flattering to certain plus size body types. In one style a 3x may fit while in another style and/or fabric it may require a 6x to fit. Review the product descriptions carefully for any notations about how the sizes run in that fabric/style.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: All ‘Queen Diva Designs’ are made when ordered by the producer of the design. Most items are completed in a couple weeks but it could take up to eight weeks. Production time is based on volume; for example October is busier due to Halloween – December is busy due to New Year’s Eve. Color, style and size will be sent for production, usually having your item(s) complete in one to three weeks. Remember everything is made to order. We do offer custom fitting on any style for an additional fee of $27.00.
USA SHIPPING/DELIVERY: Items are shipped using the United States Postal Service, to the client from St. Louis Missouri . When your item(s) are received they will be processed the same day but no later than the next business day. Once your order is shipped you will be e-mailed with the shipping and tracking information via PayPal.
